• Identifying the most appropriate regulatory authorization regime for your project , taking into account your substance and cost-saving constraints;

• Introducing  your project to the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier

• Assisting you in the preparation of an application file and its formal filing to the Luxembourg financial services regulator until approval from CSSF and the Ministry of Finance.

• In liaison with operational experts, drafting or reviewing your draft AML procedure to ensure compliance with Luxembourg laws and régulations.
